WOW its been forever lol

Weight: 190
Monthly Goal: 185
Long-term Goal: 140

I just found out that my "goal weight" for my frame/hight should be about 160. So I feel like being about 20 lbs underweight is the perfect long-term goal (Hopefully by the time I get to college I will be there). By summer, I am pretty confident that I can get myself down to at least 170 or so. I dont really want to be ana-thin, but I want to get that sort of frail look.

I've decided to up my game a little bit. Apparently, even with all that is fucked up in my body, I fall into only "marginally overweight" rather than obese like most people with hypothyroidism do, so I feel sort of happy. If I lost 30 lbs since new years, I shouldn't have any trouble getting another 30 off in these upcoming three months.

Day Four

Today I ate:
-1 serving of Kashi heart-to-heart (no milk)
-1 and 1/2 cup of fetichinni alfrado (mom's reduced-fat recipe)
-2 cups of salad (lettus, onion, and cucumber. no dressing)
-1/2 cup steamed broccoli

Exercise:
-20 sit-ups
-20 push-ups

I cant wait for my workout tape to come in :D Its one of those sexy dance ones.

And I ordered one of those dance workout tapes off of amazon.

Day one

Day 1

Summer Goal: 140
Monthly goal: 210

So, I've started this blog because I'm sick of being heavy. I want to be thin, and pretty, and perfect. i'm sick of these boobs and this butt and this horrible stomach. I'm so pretty, I know I could be, and that's what I'll be. So, starting tomorrow, I'm going to start exercising, eating better, and being thinner for my New Years Resolution.

As part of my motivation to eat less, i'm going to post everything that I eat (and the calorie count) here on my blog so that I can keep track of what I'm eating and what works, and so that hopefully it will motivate me to put less in my mouth. I am also going to go totally vegan for the rest of this month, drink a LOT of water, and see how it works out. Wish me luck :D
