Day Four

Today I ate:
-1 serving of Kashi heart-to-heart (no milk)
-1 and 1/2 cup of fetichinni alfrado (mom's reduced-fat recipe)
-2 cups of salad (lettus, onion, and cucumber. no dressing)
-1/2 cup steamed broccoli

Exercise:
-20 sit-ups
-20 push-ups

I cant wait for my workout tape to come in :D Its one of those sexy dance ones.
